Finance enquiries have gone ballistic, yes I know it s traditionally a busy time of year in the property sector, but everyone seems to be seeking pre-approvals so they are ready to go. But before you rush in, a word of caution, as we know the lending environment has got tighter and tighter over the last 12 months and it seems that we may be up for another interest rate rise soon, work that into any of your calculations.
