Home inspection checklist
So you have decided what features are important for your new home and now you are ready to hit the pavement and start looking. After 10, 20 or 30 properties over 1 week, 1 month or 1 year you may find it confusing in remembering all the features and details. I have used these sheets to help me assess each property, attach the flyer and any photos for additional reference.
By keeping this information you will find that assessing properties will become easier and after time you may be able to predict final prices to within 5%. You may find the ranking step easy or not relevant, change the spreadsheets as suits your circumstances they are only meant as a first step guide for you to customise.
