I am a bit of a face to face type person and so dealing over the phone with an independent financial adviser was a bit new to me, but Jane was really professional in her conduct giving some very good, no pressure type information, in particular her own investment experiences.

Like most people, I did my homework with the packages Jane was suggesting and I sought information from the same lender as suggested by Jane. The information Jane provided was more current than the lender itself gave me and by far more user-friendly!

Overall the main reason why Jane is my preference to the high street lender is that fact she takes you from "womb to tomb" with the whole investment thing and beyond. It is just so nice to have someone to bounce ideas off. My example of this is my third investment property, another cheeky number but this time in a suburb in Melbourne. I just wanted to have a go at it myself and this time I chose a different high street lender, again with most communication done over the phone, similar to Jane but no where near as much fun. All I can say is that I totally resented my actions for I was doing the run around for the bank and most of all I missed that "no worries" type transactions that Jane does. The outcome may have been the same but the way you get there is different. Let Jane do all the work is what I say.

In a nutshell Jane is definitely the way to go if you want a friendly, no fuss service with that air of confidence that the high street lender can’t come close to. I am now coming up to my fifth investment property and yes I am going to definitely use Jane and her team again.
