This exciting full weekend course was run around the country in 2010. Essentially I was finding many of my clients were spending thousands of dollars on weekend courses, having attended the previous 'free' seminar and then still being required to buy more and more products to be able get their investing strategy on track and to learn the in's and out's of successful property selection.

My co-presenter is another successful property investor, together our property portfolios exceed $10 million. Who better to learn from then those actually doing it! What more in the one weekend you get everything - there is no need to put your hand in your pocket again. We purposely priced the course at about a 1/3 of others on the market to make it accessible for those even just starting.

Just some of what you will learn:-

Workout a typical weekly repayment that you can afford
This will then be translated to an equivalent median price based on the funds you have available
We will then analyse actual suburbs data looking at the median price and we track past capital growth, future capital growth, rental return, stock on the market, % discounting, days to sell over a 2 year period
Then we take it to the next level and we analyse demographics, looking at key requirements for properties in that suburb, we then look at Census data and work out where on a heat map of that suburb where investors are buying and percentages of owner occupiers in that area.
Then onto the web we go looking at actual houses in that median price range and we ascertain and substantiate what key features are characteristic of a median prices property in that area, whilst double checking the standard and number of rental properties available
To cap it all off we review floor plans and look for twists and renovation opportunities

And then we do it all again and again so you know exactly what to do when you get home. Best of all we also show you where you can get all this information – free so you don’t have to spend thousands on ’special reports’. We will share with you the websites we have collected over 10 years so you can do just this yourself.
